Fish It! Roblox Map: Islands and Fishing Spots

Overview

The Fish It! map is not one island. The community areas page describes 11 different areas plus a sub-area, and notes that each area has unique fish, music, mutations, and player buffs. That makes the map a set of fishing pools: you pick the island or region that contains the fish you need, then return to a service area when your inventory is full. The official Roblox page also advertises Arcadia as a new limited island, so any static map can fall out of date.

Fisherman Island: spawn point and service hub

Fisherman Island is the Fish It! spawn area, and the community areas page says it was previously called Stingray Shores. Pro Game Guides describes it as the starter island where you can buy better rods, bait, sell all of your fish, and spin for rod skins. For map routing, that makes it the practical return point after a trip: if you need early-game gear or a place to sell, Fisherman Island is the stop before heading out again.

The Fish Index also shows that Fisherman Island has its own fish pool. Common catches include Azure Damsel and Clownfish at 1 in 2, while rare entries include Korean Angelfish and Ballina Angelfish at 1 in 300. Those numbers are catch chances from the community fish index, not a guarantee that every cast will be from the island pool.

Kohana and Kohana Volcano: same island, different fish pool

Kohana and Kohana Volcano are on the same island, according to the areas page. Kohana is built like a tropical island, and the volcano sits in the middle. Inside the volcano, the Lava Fisherman NPC is associated with the free Lava Rod. That makes the volcano a map stop with both a rod unlock and a separate fish pool.

Pro Game Guides recommends Kohana Volcano as an early money-farming area because Magma Goby is more valuable than many fish available with starting rods. Treat that as a dated recommendation rather than a universal optimum; the same source lists Kohana Volcano fish like Blueflame Ray and Lavafin Tuna, which are much rarer than Magma Goby. The Fish Index lists Volcanic Basslet as a common at 1 in 2 and Magma Goby as uncommon at 1 in 55.

Open Ocean, Coral Reefs, and Esoteric Depths

Open Ocean is its own fishing region between islands. The Fish It! fish lists place Manta Ray and Hammerhead Shark in the Ocean rather than on a named island. Pro Game Guides lists Manta Ray as Mythic at 1 in 50k and Hammerhead Shark as Mythic at 1 in 100k. If you are looking for those fish, do not sail to an island and assume they are in that island's pool; the map treats the open water as a separate location.

Coral Reefs has a separate fish pool. In the Pro Game Guides table, Monster Shark and Eerie Shark are Secret catches there, with Monster Shark at 1 in 2.5M and Eerie Shark at 1 in 250k. The Fish Index also lists common Coral Reefs fish such as Corazon Damsel and Specked Butterfly at 1 in 2. So Coral Reefs is a distinct map stop, not just scenery between islands.

Esoteric Depths is the area where a player can use an Enchant Stone to enchant a rod at the Enchant Altar. That makes it a map destination for rod upgrades as well as fishing. The areas page lists it as its own area, and Pro Game Guides includes the Enchant Altar in its locations and enchant list. The sources do not list current Enchant Stone availability.

Lost Isle: underwater access and two named spots

Lost Isle is underwater and requires diving gear to access, according to the Fish It! areas page. Once there, the area has distinct fishing spots: the Treasure Room and the Sisyphus Statue. Pro Game Guides puts King Crab in the Treasure Room and Robot Kraken at the Sisyphus Statue.

The Fish Index shows that some Lost Isle fish are shared across both spots—Jellyfish, Viperfish, and Spotted Lantern Fish, for example—while others are tied to one spot, such as Boar Fish and Electric Eel at Sisyphus Statue, and Dead Fish and Skeleton Fish in the Treasure Room. For map reference, plan Lost Isle as one underwater area with two sub-locations, not a single fishing pier.

Tropical Grove, Crater Island, and event islands

Tropical Grove and Crater Island have separate fish pools. Pro Game Guides lists Great Whale at Tropical Grove and Axolotl at Crater Island. The Fish Index shows Tropical Grove uncommon fish such as Orange Basslet and Racoon Butterfly Fish, and Crater Island uncommon fish such as Pilot Fish, Red Snapper, Blackcap Basslet, and Silver Tuna. Those lists help you decide which island's pool to target, but they do not establish a current best money route.

Event and limited areas can change the map. The official Fish It! Roblox description advertises Arcadia as a new limited island with additional fish and an 8-bit mutation, so older static map lists may omit a current event area. The official description does not explain Arcadia's access method or duration. The community areas page also notes that Christmas Island is still in the game, Heart Island is no longer in the game, and there is a small Weather machine island. Because event islands and limited content can be added or removed, use the live map or game page before treating any static list as final.

Pro Game Guides also mentions using the fishing radar to find areas on the map that have boosted rates. The sources used here do not list coordinates or a complete current island count, so the radar and live map remain the final check before a long trip.
